The main objectives of the project were to: -to motivate and inspire young people over the age of 15 to motivate and inspire young people over the age of 15 to take action by showing them how to turn their ideas and plans into action, which will have to improve their personal, social and professional life; - to deepen their ability to effectively teach the key competence: "initiative and entrepreneurship"; -to establish contacts with youth workers and young people from other countries, thus improving language competences, introducing young people to other cultures and points of view, allowing them to see the diversity of viewpoints and contributed to an increase in the knowledge of the Erasmus + programme as a potential for personal, social and professional development; - the increase of the organisation's potential and capacity building for international work - gaining new experiences, contacts, developing solutions, which implemented in the the quality of the work of organisations, which have to meet new challenges in the field of education and training. to meet new challenges in the field of youth education
Through the project, we wanted to develop, on the basis of the experiences of the 3 partners and the 3 countries, the most universal and comprehensive curriculum for teaching the key competence: "initiative and entrepreneurship". In addition, we wanted to establish close cooperation between the partners, to acquire and exchange experience, make the youth offer of each organisation more attractive.
