Promote equal opportunities for access, inclusion, and equity, fostering skills for active citizenship and assertiveness in making horizontal decisions.
In the process of identifying the needs of a network of master units (activities 3 and 4), the needs were divided into four areas: (1) knowledge sharing, structuring information, and financial resources, (2) increasing efficiency as many initiatives go through the same learning phases without the support of a professional team or prior experience, leading to the waste of resources and manpower, (3) effective support among master units to accelerate growth, ranging from team support to conflict resolution to technical aspects, (4) the need for models that can be replicated in other locations with simple tools. For activities 1 and 2, as network members, partners chose to share knowledge in key support areas of the network: environmental sustainability and active citizenship.
