Our project aims to bring together a certain number of workers in the youth field for a few days to reflect, analyze, debate and conclude on topics, methodologies and tools that will be "the ground" where we will work in the immediate future. The youth and the surrounding communities have the most varied problems to be solved and we have to know how to intervene in order to mitigate the negative impacts. Much has been done, but there is so much to do. We believe that it will be important to introduce changes in the approach so that work that has to be innovative, aggregating and enhancing is not transformed into daily routine actions.
