We applied for this project to address the urgent need in equipping youth with essential knowledge about art and cultural heritage. Our goal is to prepare emerging artists beyond mere performance for the diverse demands of today's musical and theatrical scene. This project aims to instill in students a sense of responsible behavior in the arts, covering aspects like access, communication, and understanding rights. In today's digital age, where much interaction occurs online, there's a crucial need to reignite young people's motivation for intercultural awareness and arts engagement. By collaborating with partners, we aim to create a multicultural environment where young artists gain practical insights into global practices in music, art, and drama. This collaboration with educational and cultural institutions promises to enhance education quality and mutual understanding, while also providing new opportunities for artists, locally and internationally. In summary, our application seeks to educate youth about art and cultural heritage, promote intercultural awareness, and offer practical training in a rapidly changing digital and multicultural world.
