The objectives of the project are: - Improving the digital skills of trainers and members of the association through the participation of 2 people in European training courses during the 12 months of the project - Development of transversal skills of members through the participation of 3 trainers in European mobility regarding the use of new didactic strategies for educating vulnerable groups in 12 months of the project - Increasing managerial skills and strengthening cooperation with European partners in the field of adult education through the participation of 2 members of the association in a job-shadowing Within this project, 7 trainers of the association participated in 3 training courses and a job shadowing activity, focused on the identified needs. Thus, they had the opportunity to develop their personal and professional skills in the field of inclusive and civic education, in that of digital/ICT methods and tools used in adult education.
Active Yourope Association offers education services, training in the field of civic education, social inclusion, financial education, entrepreneurship. Our association carries out activities for vulnerable groups and needs an update of teaching practices to provide quality education at European standards. Starting from the desire of the association to develop as a resource center for adult training and to have active members and trainers with key skills relevant to the activities they carry out, the management of the association considered it absolutely necessary, the participation of 7 members/trainers to 3 training courses and a shadowing job, focused on the primary needs identified (weak digital skills, the need to improve teaching strategies in the field of social inclusion and civic education, diversifying the curriculum offer and expanding the networking network and managerial tools).
