The COVID-19 crisis has turned from a global health crisis into a severe economic crisis (crisis that has caused bankruptcy) and financial problems for many employers and has therefore led to considerable job losses, fewer offers of jobs and, consequently, to an increase in the unemployment rate.). Policy responses to the pandemic have brought the economy to a standstill, leaving millions out of work, with youth, women and NEETs the worst hit. From a statistical point of view, 17.0% (06.2021) youth unemployment rate at European level and the lowest youth unemployment rates are recorded in countries such as the Czech Republic (7.1%), Germany (7.5%) and The Netherlands (7.6%), at the opposite pole are countries such as Spain (37.1%) and Greece (30.4%); while the situation in the project Countries participating in this YE are as follows: Spain (37.1%) - 1st place in the EU, Greece (30.4%) - 2nd place in the EU, Italy (29.4%) - the place 3 in the EU, Portugal (27.7%)-4 and Romania (21.3%) (statista.com/statistics/266228/youth unemployment rate-ineu-tarile) and Turkey (23.1%) (tradingeconomics. com/turkey/youth-unemployment). The "Young Entrepreneurs" youth exchange aimed, throughout its duration, to achieve the specific objectives (OS) initially assumed in accordance with the specific objective E+ (active participation of young people), but also with the E+ priorities, respectively: intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity. The present project succeeded, thanks to the permanent interaction between young people who represented different countries, cultures, religions, different social statuses, to make them better understand their role in society, not only in the community they come from, but also within Europe; through the implemented activities, entrepreneurship was promoted as a tool to combat unemployment among young people and they learned about the need to develop it in order to create new opportunities for work and involvement both at the economic and social levels. At the same time, the project created a favorable framework for development, encouraging solidarity and tolerance among young people, especially to strengthen social cohesion in the EU. Moreover, the "Young Entrepreneurs" project proposed and achieved the following objectives: 1. Increasing the awareness of the 36 participants on the need to develop entrepreneurship and employability in the context of economic recovery in Europe, through the use of non-formal techniques and methods, during the project. 2. Developing the level of knowledge and key skills in the field of entrepreneurship and employability for the 36 project participants, based on intercultural dialogue, cultural exchange and diversity, in order to be adaptable to the European labor market during the project period. 3. Drafting of 5 business plans for the initiation and development of new businesses (exercise companies) through non-formal education methods and multicultural role play, starting from the participants' ideas during 9 days of YE. 4. Encouraging and developing solidarity and tolerance among young participants to facilitate social cohesion at the level of the European Union through cultural exchange, inclusion and diversity based on non-formal non-discriminatory activities, during the implementation of the project. In addition to the entrepreneurial and related skills that the participants acquired during the mobility, through specific activities, they learned how to create a business plan (PA) and then how to present it to potential investors. They understood the usefulness and importance of a well-developed PA and a well-supported business idea. At the same time, the young participants developed the skills and abilities necessary to initiate a start-up: choosing the field of activity, building the elements of identity (motto, logo), sketching an estimated initial budget. During the activities within this project, the participants acquired certain essential skills in any job, regardless of whether they will become entrepreneurs or be employees of a company, such as teamwork, time management, communication and relational skills within it. All this could be achieved because all the activities were thought in such a way as to facilitate the opening of the borders between cultures and the integration of the participants in the multicultural context of the project.
