Objectives

The present project started from a real, current and major need of the national society, of the private environment and analyzed at the level of the European Union. This need was researched before writing this project. The need from which this project started is related to non-compliance with European standards, values and rights of gender equality, on the national and European labor market. The idea of the project is to stimulate the involvement of young people in the development of measures in the field of gender equality in the labor market and to make young people more aware of their needs and rights in the labor market and the importance of gender equality in the labor market. The aim of the project was to stimulate the involvement and capacities of young people to develop local measures in the field of gender equality in the labor market. The aim of this project was to increase the degree of collaboration of young people with decision-makers at local and national level in order to familiarize young people with the process of formulating measures to promote gender equality in the labor market; increasing the awareness of young people about: common European values and objectives and fundamental rights on gender equality in the labor market; providing opportunities for young participants to participate in civil society. This project is also in line with the two European Youth Objectives of the European Union Youth Dialogue, namely: O4: Information and constructive dialogue and O1: Equality for all genders and two other objectives of the Program Guide: O1: to provide young people opportunities to get involved and learn to participate in civil society and O4 to bring together young people and decision-makers at local, regional, national and transnational levels.
