We aimed to increase digital and entrepreneurship skills of the trainers involved in the education of people with disabilities. Thanks to this training, trainers: - discovered the entrepreneurial potential of students with disabilities - helped people with disabilities to increase their entrepreneurial capacity -developed self-sufficiency skills of the disabled -saw the applications in the same field from different countries and interact about new approaches
We aimed for the staff in adult education to be pioneers in developing the digital and entrepreneurial skills of disabled learners. Trainers who increased their entrepreneurship and digital skills transferred them to adult disabled people. Therefore, social inclusion, self-sufficiency, individualization and economic independence of disabled learners were facilitated.
