The specific objectives of the project focused on: 1) Improving the knowledge, skills and work skills in the formal/non-formal framework for 72 adults from the 6 partner countries in the field of creative recycling and environmental protection. A responsible attitude towards the environment was formed in an educational framework at local, regional and European level. 2) Skills were developed for 300 adults, young people, students from the 6 partner countries, environmental needs and ecological problems in local communities were identified in order to initiate and implement new projects for the purpose of creative recycling. 3) In the 6 partner associations, an eco-civic behavior was developed in the local communities, through collaboration with community members and through the exchange of good practices.

Background

The need for creative recycling in European countries, because the aim of the project was to develop a united community of people excited about experiments and practice. On the other hand, all the "green" actions in the project promoted creative recycling. The transformation of waste into works of art is a current issue, we must all get involved in environmental protection. Through environmental education programs, we have been able to give members of local communities the opportunity to guide themselves education and learning from experiences, working together to find real solutions to everyday problems. This learning from experiences provided the opportunity to understand how individual actions influence globally or locally the environment and conveys responsibility towards the environment. We provided educational activities that promoted sustainable relationships between children, youth, adults and the environment, realizing that effective education must extend beyond the classroom and the importance of green activities must be evident at all levels of society. Ecological education was achieved by inviting students, young people, adults to find together lasting solutions to protect the environment.
