From the stage of writing the application, the Gantt chart of project activities was developed and a plan was designed to achieve, monitor and evaluate them so that, by going through each stage to ensure the achievement of objectives, respectively improving the skills of staff involved in feeding students and adopting modern means of planning and organizing feeding in a sustainable way through the use of digital technology.
Just like the activity of public order and safety, the public food services offered to future policemen during their professional training must respect and align with European strategies in the field, and the staff with responsibilities in the activity of feeding the livestock must have the specialized professional knowledge necessary for such an activity. Through the Institutional Development Project of our school, our unit has established as directions of action "increasing and updating the level of professional knowledge of school employees" and "implementing modern work tools and methods (including TIC, integrated information systems) for effective management of human, logistical and financial resources". In order to achieve these goals, our school actively sought solutions to adapt and improve its student feeding process and adapt it both to the needs of the learners and to the European strategic context in the field.
