Quality employment for All #6 Moving Rural Youth Forward # 3 Inclusive Societies # 8 Quality Learning to a less degree: # 10 Sustainable Green Europe # 2 Equality of all genders # 11 Youth organizations and European Programme.
Activities supporting women’s access to education and training in favoring employability, entrepreneurship and labour market reinsertion are very important in all Europe. This project identifies how to empower women in NEETs to strengthen their technical and entrepreneurial skills in creative industries so that they can actively take part in economic activities, empower women by the development of their skills, find jobs, and earn money. The project directly met the identified needs and priorities for combating unemployment and sustainable economic development. It aimed to improve the social and work skills of young women with NEETs, including women with rheumatic diseases, by developing their soft and digital skills by including them in a series of targeted training. In addition, they received additional training materials through the use of green techniques such as a MOOC. The project was an excellent opportunity for the inclusion of newly established organizations, without previous experience such as HATI (BG) and Ipazia (Ro), to gain knowledge and experience. This is a good initial step for cooperation at European level of these organizations and development of transnational partnerships on inclusion and employ-ability issues.
