What We Achieved by Implementing the Project **We have contributed to drawing people's attention to substance addiction, raising awareness of combating substance addiction, and raising awareness about what needs to be done to prevent substance addiction. **We contributed to sensitising people about the need to reintegrate individuals with substance addiction into society. **We helped parents to gain awareness about the need to be more conscious about substance addiction and to draw attention to the fact that the studies carried out in order to create this awareness should be made widespread. **We have contributed to raising awareness that individuals struggling with substance addiction and their families should be given moral support and that this support should guide them. **Thanks to our activities, we contributed to our participants finding answers to the question of how to combat substance addiction in our project. **We helped our target group to gain awareness about the harm of substance addiction to human health and the human body. **Participants were helped to improve their English communication skills.
Reasons for Application to Stay Alive! Project In addition to the fact that substance addiction, which constitutes our project topic, has become a global problem, the age limit of individuals who are addicted to substances has unfortunately decreased to young ages. We have carried out our project in order to contribute to raising individual awareness on this issue, as well as to contribute to raising awareness in the social sense. Therefore, it is very important that individuals who are addicted to substances support the substance addicted person in the treatment process, not only with their own efforts, but also by raising awareness about the prevention methods of substance addiction in the people around them. Needs We Addressed Our project addressed the need of our participants in our project; ** The need to raise awareness about substance addiction by developing awareness through studies on substance addiction, **The need to communicate with foreign language by communicating in English during the project activities, **The need to contribute to the creation of incentives for individuals who overcome substance addiction to participate more in guiding activities so that they do not start using substances again.
