Through this project, we aimed to build the transnational and cross-sectoral working capacities of NGOs active in youth work, particularly in the fields of employability, digital content technologies and practices, and new learning approaches. We contributed to the digitalization of the learning process by creating an e-learning platform, thereby enabling distance learning. By achieving the project goals, we contributed to the fulfillment of the objectives of the Erasmus + program.
We applied for this project in response to the complex challenges faced by European young people transitioning from education to employment. These issues lead to broader societal and economic problems, including a lack of trust in institutions and political disillusionment. Youth organisations confront numerous obstacles in empowering and representing young people. Recognising these challenges, and considering EU initiatives like the European Solidarity Corps and EU Youth Strategy, we saw the need for direct involvement of youth in shaping solutions. Our project aims to unify diverse youth voices and share best practices across Europe, creating equal opportunities for all. This initiative is crucial for improving young people's positioning in the employment market and empowering both individuals and youth organisations.
