As we saw young people spending more and more time in front of smart devices and being less and less active during the epidemic, when we were locked in our homes, we also started to realize the importance of exercise and healthy lifestyles. These are the two things we wanted to highlight and bring closer to young people with our project. Our aim was to get young people active, not only physically but also mentally. Not to be stuck at one point, but to move forward. We introduced young people to a healthy lifestyle, which includes exercise, healthy eating, self-care, social interaction and mental health. In addition to the main theme of the project, we encouraged young people to develop social skills, learn foreign languages, network, accept differences, tolerance and broaden their horizons. The project gave young people a new experience, encouraged them to become actively involved in similar projects, created new networks and gave opportunities to young people with disabilities. At the same time, we also wanted to strengthen contacts with partner organizations for further cooperation at international level. The objectives of our project were: - to learn about the term’s movement, healthy lifestyle, self-care, - to raise young people's awareness of the importance of exercise, - to develop personal competences in young people, - Promote exercise in young people, - promoting healthy lifestyles, - Demonstrate self-sufficiency, - promoting social interaction, - promoting active lifestyles.
