As part of the one-year project, we spread tolerance towards various minorities, brought voluntary work closer to young people, touched on the topics of inclusion of the LGBTQ community, the Roma community, the elderly population, migrants, refugees, racial discrimination, religious discrimination, gender discrimination and cultural diversity. We included environmentalism in the use of everyday tasks and in the use of green travel by some participants. With the help of getting to know vulnerable groups and through work campaigns, we spread tolerance towards minorities and vulnerable target groups. We once again confirmed that work campaigns and the direct involvement of young people are very useful for acquiring competences, experience and developing self-image among young people. Through voluntary work and art, young people gained additional life experience that can also help them enter the labor market. As part of the project, we prepared various volunteer campaigns that spread tolerance, the importance of mutual help and solidarity, and at the same time we built on our own competences and built international bridges between young people. We spread the message of solidarity and the fight against discrimination with events during the activity involving the local environment, up to the implementation of the final event and the dissemination of the results of our project with the help of online propaganda. The goals of our project were: to learn about the concept of volunteering and its impact on the local environment, to learn about volunteering and good practices of volunteering from partner countries, we learned about concepts such as: discrimination, hate speech, equality, minorities and cultural diversity, we learned about vulnerable target groups ( Roma community, LGBTQ community, refugees, migrants, elderly and homeless people), we learned about youth and volunteer work, we brought voluntary work closer to young participants, we developed the personal competences of young participants, we developed the self-image and self-confidence of young participants, we got to know the vulnerable target groups through voluntary work, developed competencies in organizing events and working in a team, we got to know the minorities in Pomurje whom we visited and helped them through voluntary work. We also tried to get young people to deal with their stress, problems and depression, which have plagued them during the last two years of the pandemic. With our actions and activities, we also attracted those who want to learn about the operation of the new Erasmus+ programme.
