Climate change is the biggest and most dire crisis of our age. At the same time, the problem cannot be addressed on just the national scale. The "RadioAktivizem" project connected and engaged youth from three different countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Austria) through three partner organisations; they researched the topics of environmentalism and prepared a series of podcasts that addressed a wider, international young audience, educating them on the climate justice and done its part in preparing them to tackle the crisis we are facing. RadioAktivizem is an international project, collaboration of three independent radio stations together with environmentalists, and has encouraged critical thinking in youth on the topic of environmentalism and climate change, trained them in media and radio work and emancipated them as the citizens of Europe. The main goal of the project was the formation of international community of young radio workers and activists, engaged in the climate justice movement, through the means of the independent radio media.
