We perceived the need to improve our creativity and abilities to cooperate with the target group in the form of experiential learning with innovative methods, while we wanted to support the quality of our education and support networking not only within Slovakia. We expected that participation in international courses would stimulate more creativity and innovation among our staff in the preparation of educational courses and programs. For this reason, we chose the course "Gamification in Education and Game-Based Learning", which was supposed to lead us to the main steps of integrating game-based elements and mechanisms into education. As a result of efforts to support the networking of our organization with other professional workplaces outside Slovakia, we wanted to attend the "Efficient & Effective Project Management for EU-funded Projects" seminar, because we lacked an international perspective. Our goals were defined as follows: (1) Increasing the quality of adult education and learning in EU, (2) Expanding and diversifying the offer of adult education in the business environment, (3) Supporting the development of expert networks on a European scale. We planned to improve our skills, increase interest in education, networking.
The NGO myJUMP.sk was established in 2019 in Bratislava. The NGO aims to carry out counselling and educational activities that are connected with changes in the lives of individuals and groups. We focus on development in the following areas: movement (body-oriented therapy) and music (music therapy), psychological health with a focus on the body, the development of psychological health using movement and music is the basis of strengthening self-regulation and the development of motivation, mental coaching and career counselling, we teach other people to learn for life and we share the idea and investment in education and personal development that no one can take away from us. We also focus on the implementation of psychological diagnostics and the subsequent creation of individual development programs with a focus on team development, we teach how to implement in organisational activities such as analysis of the work environment, work tools and group dynamics as an aid in education and improvement of educational processes. At the time of the presentation of the project, only volunteers worked in our organization, and we all implemented our activity as an educational activity. Our goal was to improve skills and offer new courses.
