The aim of the photography project was to achieve the following goals: "Development of creativity and digital skills" - to give pupils the opportunity to develop their creativity through photography. The goal was to teach them the basics of photography and photo editing techniques. "Intercultural exchange and understanding" - the project enabled us to establish cooperation with partner schools from different countries (Slovakia, Germany, Turkey), which opened the door for intercultural exchange. The aim was to promote understanding and respect for different cultures and traditions through the joint creation and sharing of photographs. "Development of communication and language skills" - pupils' participation in an international project supported the development of their communication skills in a foreign language. They improved their ability to communicate with peers from other countries, which contributes to expanding their language repertoire and intercultural competence. "Support of inclusive education" - the project was for different groups of pupils including those with SEN and to support inclusive education and provide all pupils with the same opportunity.
The main motivation was to provide students with a new and innovative educational experience through photography. Photography is a powerful tool for expressing creativity and exploring the world around us. We offered students the opportunity to learn this skill. Our school also needed to develop modern digital skills among students. We wanted to provide our students with the opportunity to gain experience with photography and digital image processing. The project offered a chance to integrate these modern technologies into the educational environment and thus support the overall development of students. We saw the project as a great opportunity for students for international cooperation and cultural exchange. Participation in an international project allowed us to open the door for students to an international environment, where they could communicate with peers from other countries, share their experiences and learn about diverse cultures. This project was an opportunity for us to move beyond traditional education and offer students an innovative and motivating learning environment. We wanted to inspire them to explore the world of photography, develop creativity and digital skills through practice and international collaboration
