Our primary goal in implementing this project was to bring together young individuals from various program and partner countries with the aim of elucidating their career-related needs and facilitating the exchange of strategies for maximizing their potential. The overarching objective was to empower participants to feel fulfilled and content in their professional endeavors. The project sought to guide them in exploring career paths in-depth, fostering the exchange of personal experiences, identifying common challenges, and collaboratively devising effective solutions to address their vocational needs. We employed inclusive activities to cultivate a friendly environment conducive to the acquisition of competencies, ensuring that participants not only developed personally but also disseminated project outputs for a broader impact. Specifically, our objectives included: -> Enhancing the understanding of participants regarding contemporary professions. -> Conducting a comprehensive analysis of participants' competencies to elucidate their strengths and weaknesses. -> Facilitating the cultivation of a positive mindset essential for career development. -> Assisting participants in identifying career motivations and formulating both short and long-term development plans. -> Elevating awareness among participants about the added value of non-formal learning. -> Delving into the role of mentors in the context of career development. -> Breaking down prevailing stereotypes associated with various careers. -> Highlighting the significance of internationality in career paths and promoting a sense of tolerance. -> Establishing "Career Development Clubs" in each participating country to sustain the momentum of the project's impact.
