Our project was planned to have a total of 6 partners. It was planned that each partner had a total of 62 participants, including a total of 54 young people, 9 young people, 6 group leaders and 2 facilitators. However, since the travel costs were quite high at the time we realized the project, our Italian partner could not find a participant and had to withdraw from the project. By contacting the national agency, we have transformed our project into a 5-partner project by increasing the participants of our Italian partner and the amount of participants of our other partners. Our sports club, which is one of the active and leading sports clubs in its region, has observed that many athletes quit sports at the stages when they are about to achieve success. This observation has been well reinforced in interviews with other sports club managers and coaches. Similar problems have been expressed at training seminars organized by the Taekwondo Federation. Since this problem was mentioned again at the international coach seminar, it became necessary to shed some light on this problem. Although we are a local club, our area of influence is quite wide. With this project, it is aimed to eliminate the abandonment of sports by addressing the issue of our young people breaking away from sports at an early age due to career anxiety, and to explain that sports and career can be carried out successfully at the same time. The benefits of sports for career planning, quality life and aging of people are very important. Sports is as essential as a need of eating and drinking. Sports is an important factor that can reduce the health expenditures of countries to minimum levels. Our country, which has developed policies to keep our young people in sports as well as our policies to involve them in sports, has difficulty influencing young people or parents in this area. The periods with the highest success rate in sports are after the 10th year for an athlete, but in our country, there is an intense dropout from sports due to career planning before completing 10 years. With this project, we will study how sports and career planning can be carried out together and how this process can be handled successfully. We will transfer good examples by considering how these problems are handled in the program countries, their strengths and weaknesses. In addition, we will discuss new methods and how our participants can influence their peers with the workshops we will hold. We will study the issues of athletes' achievements when they become national athletes and the methods by which we will present important arguments to young people to stay in sports. We will ensure that participants learn about each other, their cultures and eliminate their prejudices. We will also help them to instill a collaborative working culture in our young people and to learn about the benefits that they can offer to their peers when they want. We will shed light on the work they need to do to gain a sports culture and live a quality life. Our project will contribute to the participants' learning by experiencing that sports and projects are an important tool for them to have a desire to learn each other's languages and to respect their cultures. We also want to increase the perception of our participants that we share the same world, the same atmosphere despite cultural differences and that we should respect each other. By staying in sports, we will make them believe that they can become healthy and successful businessmen, managers, bureaucrats or politicians in the future by sharing good examples with each other. Since they are from different countries, we will also attract their interest in this area by making a presentation on EU opportunities. By emphasizing European citizens, we will contribute to their adoption of the culture of living together. With these studies, we will convey to our young people that the young people who stay in sports will stay away from bad habits and that they will have gains in social and cultural terms as well. It is a fact that sport is an important need in the terms of cultural, social and health issues, but our young people realize this later. With this project, we will draw their attention to this issue by doing a study with our young people. By presenting these studies to both our corporate managers and our partners, we will have attracted their attention by enabling them to present them to the corporate managers.
