In recent years, and especially after the Covid-19 epidemic, many institutions and organizations have ended their face-to-face training activities for a long time; They started the digital education process. Many institutions and youth workers with little or no experience have faced distance education and especially online learning activities, which is one of the most common forms of distance education. In the process of normalization all over the world; institutions and organizations have switched to a blended (hybrid) learning system. They try to use the strengths of online learning and face-to-face learning methods and techniques to increase the quality and efficiency of the learning process. When the academic literature is examined, it is seen that blended learning and cooperative learning methods are included in the umbrella of active learning methods (Bishop & Verleger, 2013). In this process, it can be stated that learning communities have entered a new era in all institutions and organizations with e-learning. The attitudes of individuals participating in e-learning environments towards these environments, their confidence in these environments, their level of interaction with other individuals in the environment, and the ability of individuals to express their feelings and thoughts comfortably in these environments are very important. Social presence is the satisfaction experienced by individuals in the learning process and the sense of belonging to a group. Although the e-learning process is successful in ensuring the continuity of learning, it has been revealed that this continuity should be emphasized on the pedagogical effectiveness and efficiency of the education provided. One of the biggest problems encountered in online education activities is communication barriers. E-learning activities, which are lacking in interaction and communication dimensions, give individuals less opportunity to see different perspectives and approaches among each other. Therefore, it negatively affects the motivation to learn. In the project; social presence perception of youth workers in online environments will be increased; Collaborative methods that support communication-oriented social gain will be introduced. Objectives of the Project; • In e-learning environments; promoting techniques that involve greater interaction, integrating youth workers and young people, and raising the perception of social presence in online learning communities • Enabling organizations, youth workers and young people to use innovative methods in online learning • To ensure more active participation of young people in e-learning activities • To contribute to more peer interaction and peer learning by recognizing digital communication methods and using them more effectively in informal and non-formal education environments. • To contribute to raising the total quality and standards of young people's lifelong learning with teaching approaches, methods and techniques that support social gains in online learning activities. • Developing solution methods for youth workers and young people's social attainment inadequacy factors in online learning activities. • To develop the features of interaction and participation types of youth workers in online cooperative learning environments, such as analysis, evaluation, and inference, which are high-level thinking skills; to ensure that these skills also contribute to the vital skills of young people.
