[TUR] "Güçlü Bağlantılar için Seminerler" adlı Erasmus+ projesi , 14.08.2022 - 20.08.2022 tarihleri arasında Gaziantep şehrinde, 9 ülkeden ve 9 kurumdan toplamda 39 gençlik çalışanının katılımı ile gerçekleştirildi. " Güçlü Bağlantılar için Seminerler" projesi "Erasmus +" programı ile benzer hedeflere (aktif katılımını teşvik, kültürler arası diyalog, gençler arasında sosyal içerme ve dayanışma) sahiptir ve girişimciliği gençlerin işsizliğiyle mücadele için bir araç olarak teşvik eder. Ayrıca, bu projeye katıldıktan sonra, gençlik çalışanları toplumda ve gelecekteki Avrupa'daki rollerini daha iyi anladılar çünkü iş planları tasarlayarak yeni iş olanakları yaratmak ve ekonomik seviyede katılım sağlamak için iş geliştirme ihtiyacını öğrendiler. Projenin amacı, 9 katılımcı ülkeden 39 gençlik çalışanının veya bu alanda çalışmalar yapan uzmanların girişimcilik alanındaki bilgi, beceri ve yetkinlik seviyelerini arttırmaktı. Projenin hedefi, aşağıdaki özel hedefler vasıtasıyla başarıldı; OS1. Mevcut ekonomik çevrede girişimciliği teşvik etmek ve geliştirmek için Avrupa Birliği'nden, Afrika'dan ve Asya bölgesinden Toplam 39 katılımcının farkındalığını artırmak, OS2. 9 ortak kuruluştan katılan gençlere, genç girişimcilerin önemi ve Avrupa toplumunun geleceğini şekillendirmedeki rolleri hakkında farkındalık yaratmak, OS3. İmkânları kısıtlı gençlerin katılımıyla, girişimci fikirler geliştirmeye teşvik etmek, OS4. Çok kültürlü bir ortamda somut iş planları (başlangıçlar) geliştirmeyi öğrenmelerini sağlamak, OS5. Avrupa'da toplumsal bütünleşmeyi güçlendirmek için gençler arasında dayanışma ve hoşgörüyü geliştirmek. Gaziantep ilinde gerçekleştirilen bu proje sayesinde, gençlerin istihdam edilebilirliğini artırmayı, gençlik girişimciliği önündeki engelleri kaldırmayı, gençlik girişimciliğini desteklemeyi amaçladık. Böylece gençlik girişimciliğine öncülük ettik ve bu konuda farkındalık yaratmış olduk. Hedeflerimiz arasında ise katılımcılarımız proje sonrasında iş gücü piyasasına girememiş gençlere rehberlik ve danışmanlık faaliyetlerinde yardımcı olabilmeleri vardı ve bu projede gerçekleştirilen oturumlar sayesinde gençlik çalışanlarının bu konuda yeterlilik kazanmalarını destekledik. Katılımcılar öğrendiklerini çevresiyle paylaştı ve bunun sonucunda gençleri kendi işlerini kurmaya teşvik ettiler. Ayrıca, AB genelinde var olan politika ve hibe projeleri hakkında bilgi verdiler ve özgüven aşıladılar. [ENG] The Erasmus+ project named "Seminars for Strong Connections" was held in Gaziantep between 14.08.2022 and 20.08.2022, with the participation of a total of 39 youth workers from 9 countries and 9 institutions. The "Seminars for Strong Contacts" project has similar objectives as the "Erasmus +" program (promoting active participation, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity among young people) and promotes entrepreneurship as a tool to combat youth unemployment. Moreover, after participating in this project, youth workers better understood their role in society and in the future Europe because they learned about the need for business development to create new job opportunities and participate at an economic level by designing business plans. The aim of the project was to increase the knowledge, skills and competence levels of 39 youth workers or experts working in this field from 9 participating countries in the field of entrepreneurship. The goal of the project was achieved through the following specific objectives; OS1. To raise the awareness of a total of 39 participants from the European Union, Africa and the Asian region to promote and develop entrepreneurship in the current economic environment, OS2. To raise awareness among young people participating from 9 partner organizations about the importance of young entrepreneurs and their role in shaping the future of European society, OS3. To encourage young people with limited opportunities to develop entrepreneurial ideas, OS4. To ensure that they learn to develop concrete business plans (startups) in a multicultural environment, OS5. To develop solidarity and tolerance among young people in order to strengthen social integration in Europe. Thanks to this project carried out in Gaziantep, we aimed to increase the employability of young people, remove obstacles to youth entrepreneurship, and support youth entrepreneurship. Thus, we pioneered youth entrepreneurship and raised awareness on this issue. Among our goals was that our participants could assist young people who could not enter the labor market with guidance and consultancy activities after the project, and thanks to the sessions held in this project, we supported youth workers to gain competence in this regard. Participants shared what they learned with their circle and as a result, they encouraged young people to start their own businesses. They also provided information about existing policies and grant projects across the EU and instilled self-confidence.
