The overall objective of the project is to enhance the collaboration and networking capacities of youth workers in mining cities to effectively participate in the development of European and transnational youth work. In this context, the project-specific objectives aligned with our youth organization partners with similar needs are as follows: • Enhancing the collaboration capacities of 9 individuals working in public institutions in our district to develop European-level projects addressing the issues of youth in mining cities. • Developing quality youth work in civil society and public institutions. • Improving the knowledge and awareness levels of miner children in our district regarding active citizenship, participation, and volunteering at the European level. • Increasing the role of youth workers in integrating young people into social life in our district. • Increasing the participation of miner children in European-level youth work compared to previous years. • Establishing a community of youth workers capable of supporting the quality of European and transnational youth work in mining cities.
