Climate change, economic crisis, green development, sustainable development, digital transformation, low carbon economy have revealed different concepts. The EU stated that creation of new job opportunities through sustainable production and consumption and energy efficiency, together with green development, increases the welfare of people.Closing the gender gap in the business world is key to accelerating sustainable economic growth. Our project depends on business women in the green development process and increasing women participation in this new upcoming green policy process for environmental sustainability. We wanted to understand the current situation and policy steps in the countries of all our partners. What is the level of participation of business women in the green development process and knowledge and awareness of the new policy documents of the national and EU? How can it be adapted to the participation of businesswomen and how can businessmen support this process? How will the proposals of the target group and relevant stakeholders be prepared for the upcoming impact and need of the private sector/entrepreneurs and VET sector?
