Our project aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of young people in coding, game development, and digital competencies. We have set clear objectives to guide our efforts: Skill Development: We will provide comprehensive training in mobile game development, intercultural learning, and entrepreneurship, empowering a new generation of game developers. Active Citizenship: We are dedicated to encouraging youth participation in democratic processes and promoting European values through collaborative activities with decision-makers and industry leaders. Networking Opportunities: We will create a digital platform for young developers, connecting them with industry experts, investors, and educators to support their professional growth. Innovative Outputs: Our goal is to develop educational toolkits and establish Mobile Game and Scenario Development Camps, offering hands-on learning experiences and valuable resources. Cultural Exchange: We will promote cultural diversity by including participants from various backgrounds, fostering mutual understanding and respect.By pursuing these objectives, we are confident in our ability to strengthen Turkey’s gaming sector and equip young people for successful careers in a rapidly evolving industry
We applied for the DIGIAGE Erasmus+ project to meet the rising demand for skilled professionals in Türkiye's gaming industry, which has attracted $2.4 billion in investments over the past five years. The COVID-19 pandemic increased interest in digital content, As a result, we recognized a unique opportunity to prepare young people for careers in this expanding sector. The project aims to enhance their knowledge and competencies in areas such as cultural diversity, entrepreneurship, and intercultural learning, ultimately fostering their active participation in democratic life and promoting European values. Our project aims to equip young people with essential skills in cultural diversity, entrepreneurship, and intercultural learning while promoting active participation in democratic life and European values. Through Game Development Camps, the creation of educational toolkits, and the establishment of the International Game Development and Coding Academy, we will bridge the gap between theory and practice. By addressing the needs of aspiring game developers and providing the resources for success, we believe this project will significantly contribute to Türkiye’s gaming sector’s sustainable growth.
