In addition to conveying European values, the HTL4Europe project also wanted to promote working in other European countries. Internationalization in many areas of society requires new qualifications from our students in terms of the ability to cooperate internationally and to understand international contexts. Dealing with people who come from a different culture develops the ability to act in intercultural situations, which are of great importance in an economic context. It becomes easier to relate to people of a different way of thinking and living, to understand them and to make yourself understood. The fact that the existing school partnerships were involved was very important for the project.
With the HTL4Europe project, the HTL Vöcklabruck is pursuing a clear internationalization strategy. Even the motto of the school, "Innovative-Modern-International" is a synonym for a future-oriented, cosmopolitan and international education at the HTL Vöcklabruck. With a clearly formulated European development plan with "smart" goals, the HTL Vöcklabruck wants to become the leading school in international projects in the BMHS area.
