The first goal of the project was to improve the language skills of our learners. We intended to achieve this through practical experiences in foreign-language companies, interactions with locals in the accommodations, and participation in various activities. By encouraging mobility participants to use English, Italian, or French in their daily lives, we aimed to help them overcome their inhibitions and gain confidence in using the foreign language. The second goal of the project was to raise awareness of cultural differences in lifestyles and work methods. We aimed to broaden the participant's understanding of these aspects to enhance their employment prospects. Simultaneously, we sought to develop their project management skills and expand their awareness of the European Union.
