Objectives

We aimed to maintain a high number of student mobilities while encouraging other groups, such as staff, doctoral students, and students from challenging backgrounds, to spend time abroad as well. Several Blended International Programs were planned to further strengthen and expand strategic partnerships and to offer financial support to students who may face constraints in spending time abroad. Particular attention was paid to teaching and training mobility, both for academic and non-academic staff, as they serve as multipliers and contribute to fostering a welcoming culture and promoting internationalization on campus. Monitoring visits to partner universities were also planned by teaching staff to evaluate existing partnerships that are part of the internationalization strategy. Another objective was to further develop the online application management system for outgoing students, contributing to greater sustainability. The implemented workflow for incoming and outgoing students integrates internal and external systems, providing the responsible parties (curriculum committee, mobility coordinators, and study department) with insights into the quality and progress of the application process.
