Objectives

The project 2022-KA131 provided the main framework for all international activities at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien (UASTW). By conducting the project, UASTW lays the foundation for mobility to and from the institution to its partner institutions and companies within and outside (20%) of the EU. UASTW pursues the goal of designing and communicating all activities related to internationalisation in a quality-assured and sustainable manner in a holistic approach with the focus that is is laid out in the internationalisation strategy 2022-2026. The transdisciplinary topics of quality, sustainability, and communication are reflected in three focal points: 1. People & Networks: The UASTW creates framework conditions for an international environment and the intercultural development of staff and students on campus and thus ground for joint networks and research projects with partners. 2. Curriculum & Exchange: The UASTW pursues the goal of equipping the curricula of all degree programmes with facets of internationalisation and thus creates space and sensitivity for academic exchange. 3. Technology & Inclusion: Adapted to the individual characteristics, each study programme can choose from a pool of possibilities.
