We have anchored active participation in the Erasmus+ programme in our institution´s internationalization strategy. We put our focus on enhancing the future employability of our students by supporting student exchange, traineeship abroad as well as staff mobilities. In addition we strive to identify and consequently reduce remaining obstacles for going on mobility. We place great value on providing a high-quality service for students, staff and partners, covering all topics around Erasmus+ and mobility. We proceeded with creating a post Covid setup with hybrid information formats. In hintsight the main focus was dealing with the administrative challenges that the digitalisation of the programm brought, which still required an enormous amount of resources, patiences and personal effort to get through sucessfully. Furthermore, it was important for us in this project to gain more experience with the new short-term formats and to have the structure and processes in place to fully roll them out on a broader basis in the near future. Since we do have a high number of part-time students we are delighted to now have the opportunity to provide them with short-term mobility options.
