This mobility project of Erasmus+ was a crucial element in the ongoing internationalization process at the University College for Agricultural and Environmental Education (HAUP) in Vienna. Objectives were to broaden the mindsets of staff at HAUP by getting in touch with other European institutions and people working in the teacher training sector. Furthermore, we were aiming at increasing the number of outgoing staff from our institution. Another focus was to motivate colleagues, especially those who had never been abroad before in their professional career, to do language courses or job shadowing to experience European citizenship and improve their English language skills in order to motivate them using English as a working language for incoming Erasmus students.
