Our first and primary goal was to improve the personal development of our (non-)academic staff in an international environment, secondly promotion of student mobility. The overall achievement is the experiencing of the benefits of the European Union and its values, which is even more important to us since our (non-)academic staff and student body are highly international of which many are not from a EU-country. We see the program essential for the realization of our Webster mission of global citizenship.
