The changes to the ERASMUS+ programme (2021-27) required a restructuring of responsibilities in the management of ERASMUS+ student mobilities. A consortium with the lead "HOCHSCHULE FUR AGRAR- UND UMWELTPADAGOGIK - HAUP" was founded (2021) in order to organise this necessary new structure as efficiently and qualitatively as possible. The consortium has made it possible to bundle resources in the processing/payment of grants for students. Transparent structures and processes as well as a certain flexibility between the different student mobilities (due to the higher number of mobilities) enables students of all consortium partners to have a bigger number of opportunities to participate in the various mobility formats. In concrete terms, the mobilities have resulted in improved competences for students in relation to the relevant professional profiles and a greater cross-border understanding of procedures, policies and systems in the fields of education, training and youth work. The experience gained abroad enabled an open mindset on the one hand and better career opportunities for the future on the other. In addition to professional qualifications, the focus was on promoting diversity, e.g. B. social, ethnic, linguistic, gender and cultural diversity and different abilities.
