The realisation of this project complies with the principles of the Erasmus University Charter in which the quality framework for European and international cooperation activities has been defined. It is a crucial part of realizing our vision and strategy regarding internationalisation. The internationalisation strategy of UAS Burgenland has committed itself to the following values: inclusion, responsibility, humanity, reliability, partnership, joy, openness, flexibility, tolerance and future orientation. Activities include: • international teaching and learning environment with an increased proportion of regular students from abroad • MA Double Degree-Programme with Ilia State University in Tiflis, Georgia • student and staff mobility • international weeks at both campuses of the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland The European philosophy of a peaceful co-existing can only come to life through hands-on personal experience, such as an academic mobility. Furthermore, education is a key factor to fight poverty and political instability, and to enable sustainable improvement for this planet. This project is a keystone to realizing these goals by making mobilities possible both inside and outside the EU.
