The primary objectives of the Erasmus+ KA171 project 2022-1-AT01-KA171-HED-000074927 are to internationalise the mobilities offered and to make them accessible to international universities and students, thereby enhancing diversity. The initiative also aims to provide students with opportunities to engage actively in their own learning, both within and beyond their home countries, and to share their experiences with peers. Furthermore, it seeks to diversify the modes of educational delivery and to foster and expand networking among students and staff. Another key aim is to undertake joint educational initiatives between Montanuniversität Leoben and its partner institutions, Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Vocational Education Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg Mining University, Ufa State Petroleum Technological University, University of Mitrovica Isa Boletini in Kosovo and University of Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina. For the partner universities the project will also have a positive effect especially for the internationalisation strategy of the institutions by bringing them closer and introducing them to the Erasmus+ programme and the processes.
