We wanted to update our international strategy to relate it to the Hénallux strategy plan and incorporate the Erasmus action priorities, i.e. inclusion and diversity, ecological and digital transition, participation in democratic life and active citizenship, and strengthening the international dimension. We wanted to increase the number of students taking part in exchange programmes. Applicants had to be selected in a transparent way, prepared and monitored throughout their mobility in terms of academic, administrative, intercultural, linguistic and logistical aspects, as well as accommodation, insurance and visas. In order to be more attractive, we offer course modules taught in English and we organise socio-cultural activities. We wanted to highlight the skills acquired by students and staff during their mobility and to consolidate our communication and methods for disseminating the results of the project within our University College. We wanted to measure the impact of mobility using qualitative and quantitative indicators. We were also very keen to maintain and develop the effectiveness of the International Relations Department.
