Objectives

The project is part of the Erasmus+ KA131 program, which aims to promote the mobility of students and staff in higher education. The main aim is to improve participants' language skills, increase their employability, strengthen international cooperation between academic institutions and raise awareness of contemporary issues such as inclusion, ecological transition and digital transformation. With this project, Haute École Charlemagne wanted not only to offer its students and staff international mobility opportunities, but also to encourage inclusion, diversity and awareness of sustainable development issues. The BRI team has been strengthened by the arrival of two colleagues in charge of two of the least mobile departments in recent years. Their participation in the EAIE event, their persistence in reviving “dormant” partnerships and their initiatives to sign up new collaborations in line with professional needs have already resulted in an increase in both student and teaching mobility applications. One of the two colleagues in charge of teaching is also responsible for helping students to succeed in her department, with a strong focus on inclusion. New ideas, a renewed dynamic on Campus, close contacts with HECh staff, students and foreign partners are opening up horizons, and this is reflected in the figures and feedback.
