The Haute Ecole Louvain en Hainaut is a higher education institution offering more than 65 bachelor's and master's degree programmes and enrolling more than 10,000 students. The institution's 2022-2027 strategic plan includes a section promoting student and staff mobility and the internationalization of its programmes. By participating in this KA171 project, the Haute Ecole Louvain en Hainaut's institutional objective is to open up internationally by developing sustainable and structural partnerships with institutions in third countries not associated with the programme. These partnerships are aligned with our values and are part of a shared development approach. At the teaching staff level, incoming and outgoing staff mobility enriches learning practices and methods and, more importantly, enhances the quality of the institution's teaching. For participating students, mobility also offers a unique opportunity to develop intercultural and linguistic skills, as well as helping them to meet professional and societal challenges with competence and responsibility, as underlined in the policy statement of the executive committee.
