PXL University of Applied Sciences and Arts aims to develop a community of students, staff and organisations with the X-factor: with strong (inter)disciplinary skills, passion & empathy, internationally collaborating and networking, in an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. Through the participation in Erasmus+ we aim to contribute to (1) the development of a community of future proof, internationally competent and critical students and staff (2) sustainable international partnerships and (3) the strengthening of the international profile of the institution. Besides classical student and staff exchange, blended mobility plays an important role in this context, enabling virtual international exchange and international collaboration for participants for which physical mobility is not possible or not appropriate. Within the current project, our aims were (1) to enhance the classical mobility activities of students and staff and (2) to enhance blended intensive programmes and short term blended mobility, thus reaching new targets groups for student exchange. Special attention is given to green travel.
