The project aimed to consolidate long-term, reciprocal and sustainable cooperation with nine partners by delivering high-quality student and staff mobilities and embedding collaboration in curricula. Specific objectives were to: (1) widen equitable access to mobility, with attention to junior staff and learners with fewer opportunities; (2) improve teaching and learning through exchange of didactics, joint supervision and co-creation, including a shared module and bachelor theses via Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL); (3) ensure transparent recognition and alignment of learning outcomes; (4) build institutional capacity for internationalisation through robust selection, preparation, mentoring and monitoring, and by safeguarding balanced flows. Across partnerships (e.g. UWC, HNUE, PTEC, Universidad de La Habana, Institut superieur d'informatique et gestion, UCT/Michaelis, MICA, Teresco College), the project sought to bring partner perspectives into Flemish classrooms, advance internationalisation at home, foster global citizenship and employability, and contribute to sustainable regional development in teacher education, social work and the arts.
