Health is essential, and we see that young people cannot take care of their health appropriately due to a lack of time from their studies and work. They lack the necessary competencies, especially in developing countries. An unhealthy lifestyle, sleeping less, consuming fast food, stress and these kinds of things cause physical and mental breakdowns and prevent us from being fruitful in our social and personal lives. Youth organizations and young people must attempt to develop healthy approaches, raise their awareness in this regard and equip them with the necessary competencies. To address these issues, we decided to take an international solution, exchange best practices, and promote a healthy lifestyle. With this project, we decided to bring together 32 young people and eight group leaders (and three facilitators during the YE) from eight European countries to implement an 8-day-long international youth exchange, including PV with group leaders, on the topic of a healthy lifestyle, share experiences and create outcomes to spread at the local level. The above-formulated aim can be summarized as concrete objectives: 1. Equip young leaders with competencies and creative tools/methodologies to promote a healthy lifestyle 2. Explore digital tools (programs, mob apps and etc.) to promote healthy habits 3. Identify the non-healthy habits in the youth work process and develop ideas, tips and hints for changing them into healthy ones via mini-blog series 4. Share and mix the experience of visual and digital skills and healthy practice and create intellectual visual outcome(s) (booklet and e-visual resources - posters, videos, pics etc.) for further dissemination 5. Promote intercultural dialogue and exchange among participants 6. Carry out concrete action plans for local actions for the promotion of healthy habits in their local communities 7. Explore further possibilities of projects and cooperation on this topic within the framework of the Erasmus+
