The main objectives of the project idea are: - Enriching the level of fluency in the working language of the qualification (EN); - Updating knowledge related to modern, creative, innovative teaching and working with adult learners; - Expanding the possibilities of using information technologies in the specialized qualification courses we conduct; - Digitization of training; - Getting to know and applying the principles of intercultural education and its application within the educational process; - Learning new methods for development and preparation of teaching materials; - Refinement of the criteria for evaluating course participants in line with the objectives of the European educational strategy for lifelong learning; - Acquaintance with new ideas and practical guidelines for developing learners' competencies; - Getting to know the European educational systems, textbooks, teaching aids and teaching methods and acquiring good pedagogical practices; - Exchange of experience in communicating with colleagues from other European countries - Expanding the knowledge and worldview of the participants regarding the EU, the historical heritage of Europe and the host country (Czech Republic) - culture, tradition and everyday life.
With the realization of the educational mobility of trainers and the improvement of their qualifications, the Association "Creative Center Plovdiv" set itself the task of achieving a higher quality of work by improving its own standards in adult education. Our motivation is based on: 1) application of modern teaching tools and exchange of good pedagogical practices; 2) use of modern interactive and innovative methods; 3) increasing the quality of foreign language teaching; 4) integration of new technologies in the educational process; 5) using the possibilities of on-line based training for the needs of teaching and continuing education by teachers, as well as using open educational resources; 6) application of European standards for assessing the quality of work and the results achieved; 7) high language skills on the part of the teachers; 8) improving the skills for an individual approach in working with each student based on his learning skills; 9) gaining confidence to transform the Center into a modern European educational institution; 10) expansion of opportunities for intercultural training and international partnership.
