Our motivation to apply for this project was dictated by the needs of developing competences of the participants as well asthe development of new and specialized programs with the aim of quality training of our students, obtaining new skills to deal with stress, tension at the workplace and the pedagogical specialists' work satisfaction. We also looked for opportunities to increase the motivation of our colleagues and combat the "burnout" syndrome. We aimed to create contacts at the European level and generate new project ideas, exchange experience and knowledge with similar organizations and peers, to get inspiration from institutions more developed than ours. Working on this project has motivated us to be curious, active and development-seeking teachers, and we aim to keep searching for better methods and resources for language teaching.
The language center is small, but ambitious regarding the development of the teachers and the methodology. We strive for excellent training of our students, efficiency and gaining practical knowledge. The idea of the project was to improve the knowledge, competences, skills and methods of teaching, to include all pedagogical specialists in the training and implementation of the project and the main aim was personal and professional development, motivation and building an excellent European culture. We also aimed to create a network of contacts of institutions and colleagues from all over Europe. We believe that in this way we will improve not only our own skills, but also support the development of the center through innovative programs and quality training, which will reflect positively in the preparation of our students.
