Based on our needs, we formulated the following goals: 1. Expanding the scope of the trainees, 2. Expanding the topics of the trainings, 3. improved communication skills, group management, coaching, mentoring, etc. 4. It is important that what we offer is modern, modern, interactive and interesting for learners. 5. We must turn our efforts as much as possible to supporting the realization of the pan-European goals in education - greener, more digital and more inclusive. Therefore, the selected courses and invited experts are directly related to solving these challenges. our teachers are experienced, but they need to become better to meet the modern needs of teachers, to be at a higher level in their skills and knowledge, so that apart from the subject through methods, presentation strategies and approaches to give more job ideas to their trainees. We have united all this in four main objectives-sections in the report: 1. The skills of the 21st century - from the trainer to the teacher and the children, 2- From interactive trainers - interactive teachers / teachers are our target group/3. More motivation and leadership, 4. Greener, inclusive education with healthy children.
We are a new organization where trainers are experienced teachers. All of them have experience as presenters - experience in schools or universities, a large part also in project activity. However, they need upgrading qualifications that will make our organization more competitive. We want to expand the scope of the target groups - kindergarten and elementary school teachers and expand the educational content offered. We have programs approved by the Ministry of Education and Culture, but we want more variety, addressed directly to current trends and the wants and needs of student teachers. We have prioritized more interactivity, outdoor and green policy-related learning, 21st century skills.
