Background

1. SU "Pencho P. Slaveykov" successfully combines the modern educational process in the modern, dynamic conditions of the capital city with traditions and high quality of education that date back more than 144 years. In this regard, the process of continuous self-actualization and development to improve the provided educational process is of utmost importance. The Covid and post-covid situation affected all spheres of people's lives, but also had a positive impact on the possibility of modernizing the forms, mechanisms and methods of teaching. In this context, the school team found that the crisis is an opportunity for development and, with the identification of current needs for improvement, became actively involved and supported the realization of the present project, which meets the real needs of all pedagogical specialists and the training management by participating in qualifications and monitoring of good educational practices of EU partner schools. The project includes observation of two partner schools from primary and secondary level and qualifications on the specifics of Blended learning, the effective application of ICT in the educational process and methods and approaches for teaching tolerance in the classroom.
