The implementation of the project was aimed at increasing the professional competences of our teachers and updating their classroom work with the needs and preferences of today's students. And the implementation of the current project had the opportunity for teachers to acquire new skills to share with the college with the implementation of educational mobility. In the dynamic digital years of modern education, teachers have to constantly improve their qualifications and improve and modernize their work by using new teaching methods shared and demonstrated by colleagues from other European countries. Teachers improved their English language skills and gained international experience by immersing themselves in an environment where they improved their professional skills and mastered new methods.
Modern education faces many difficulties. Our opinion is that the most significant problem is the huge gap between teachers and students, which gives rise to low motivation for learning and lack of interest in the educational process. We believe that the training courses in which we participated increased the digital competences of the teaching staff and improved the quality of their lessons. Modern concepts such as gamification, augmented reality and video processing have provoked students and teachers to create and participate in interactive and binary lessons. Communication between participants in the learning process and motivation for joint learning improved.
