The project reflects our belief in the key role that teachers play in shaping the educational environment and the development of students. More specifically, the project goals were focused on improving the pedagogical and methodological training of teachers by providing opportunities for them to familiarize themselves with and adopt innovations through advanced qualification. An important part of this project is the dissemination of innovative working methods among colleagues. This not only enriched their methodological preparation but also contributed to the widespread adoption of innovative strategies in the educational process in every classroom. Through these training sessions, teachers were further prepared to meet the challenges of contemporary education. Additionally, the project set the ambitious goal of creating connections and contacts with other educational institutions in Europe. This supported the modernization and internationalization of the institution by creating a favorable environment for the exchange of experiences and best practices among educational systems. Thus, the project did not only improve the competencies of teachers but also contributed to enriching and diversifying the educational process.
Profiled Mathematics and Natural Sciences Secondary School “Academician Nikola Obreshkov” is a municipal establishment that provides quality education. As a school specialized in the study of mathematics, computer science, and natural sciences with intensive English language instruction, our project prioritizes the improvement of teachers' competencies in these areas. We believe that structured courses and training provide access to new methods and pedagogical practices that can certainly enhance effectiveness, introduce innovations, and contribute to our internationalization. Our goal is to supplement and enrich the curriculum and teaching practices, promoting the full development and realization of our students and teachers. We strive to achieve personalized learning for each student, tailored to their current needs and future realization. We aim to give even greater importance to students' ability to develop fully through observation, critical thinking, and curiosity about various aspects of life. Skillfully combining formal and informal education, in-class and extracurricular forms of work, creative thinking, and successful implementation in life, we work towards providing a comprehensive educational experience.
