Through the implementation of this project 128. Albert Einstein Secondary School wanted to: (1) Provoke changes in order to increase its capacity aimed at modernizing and upgrading European and international cooperation, such as introducing of innovative methods for effective governance, sharing successful pedagogical practices; implementing project-based learning; creating teaching materials related to the natural, historical and cultural wealth of Europe; exchanging experience in international partnerships. (2) Improve and upgrade the ICT skills and competencies of teachers in a sustainable way: a daily use of the technological base by applying new solutions and various online applications in the educational context; which would increase the efficiency of learning and develop creativity, increase the competitiveness of the school, (3) Improve understanding and responsiveness of staff and students to all types of diversity having a positive impact on the quality of the education. Through the implementation of the project activities, 128th "Albert Einstein" School aimed at training teachers to meet the needs of the new generation, to improve empathy, sharing and team work.

SU "Albert Einstein" applied with this project in order to implement its strategic priorities, namely: (1) to build a sustainable image of the institution at national and European level; (2) to upgrade and develop the use of digital professional skills of teachers in the newly built technological base for digital education; (3) to gradually introduce new ways of managing and organizing learning activities and the development of new curricula; (4) to create opportunities for upgrading existing communication skills, and (5) to increase the motivation and effectiveness of learning and the development of creativity, linguistic, digital, communicative and social skills of teachers and students, and in response to the identified needs by: (a) internationalization and competence of staff, b) development of managerial competencies in line with European values, c) modernization of the school through the application of new teaching methods and tools
