After discussing the school's development strategy, we decided to apply for participation in a structured course "eTests, eAssignments, Games, and other eGadgets for Innovative Teachers" to create online learning materials such as branched e-tests and educational materials for "escape room" classes. Using video assignment platforms and other e-tools breaks up classroom learning and makes it more interesting. The acquisition of effective methods and e-tools for organizing an enjoyable, motivating, and engaging student lesson, during face-to-face and distance learning, will increase the qualification of the teaching staff and they will respond to the identified needs of our students. In 2021, we built a STEM center for Natural Sciences, with the aim of awakening students' interest in science and technology. However, STEM is not just building one or a few classrooms and holding classes in them. We are also required to know e-applications. We came to the conclusion that learning should become more fun for students. The purely academic approach should give way to "learning by doing", problem-based learning and the use of mobile devices and new technologies.
By following modern trends in school education, our school aims at offering a high-quality educational service. This requires the integration of interactive teaching approaches and ICT tools into the learning process. For the past two years for a large part of the time the training has been conducted remotely in an electronic environment. Owing to this, school's teachers joined a number of trainings under national programs in order to improve their digital competences. As a result, during the distance learning periods, synchronous online learning was successfully conducted and e-tests were used to verify and evaluate knowledge. Increasing the qualification of the teaching staff for the creation and use of electronic learning materials is one of the main tasks of the school's management. The successful realisation of this task has led to a change in the quality of the offered educational service in the educational institution, which turns it, on the one hand, into a desired and preferred place for training and education of adolescents, and on the other - a model for successful and efficient application of modern educational technologies in educational activities.
