1. Improving and enriching the competence of pedagogical specialists in order to educate students in the spirit of tolerance and active participation in community life. 2. The upgraded knowledge and skills of the team, trained about the project, to become available to other educators working in the school through presentations and opening lessons to disseminate project ideas. The training of the teachers must meet the needs of all students - with different educational needs, ethnicity and social status. We need an in-depth study of the main characteristics of the inclusive classroom, acquaintance with educational activities related to children's rights. The acquired knowledge will help to overcome problems related to the adaptation of students in migration processes, transition from one educational stage to another. Innovative approaches in pedagogical activities should be included in compulsory training and extracurricular activities.
The pedagogical staff needs to consolidate and upgrade the acquired skills and competencies by participating in training courses to achieve higher efficiency. The current total number of students in our school is 1030, divided into 43 classes. About 10 % of primary and secondary school students are from different ethnic groups and social status. The students who received general and additional support make up about 5% of the total number. The pedagogical board works for their adaptation and integration to achieve emotional balance, unity and social significance. We need additional qualifications in the field of human and children's rights, tolerance, diversity, acceptance of differences and active citizenship. The approaches to teaching non-formal education are important given the diversity of society as a result of migratory flows and periods of distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
